Equipment Needed:


Ingredients:

·       4 cups        Cooked Brown Rice (basmati, jasmine)

·        1 cup      Soy Curls (opt)

·        2 Tablespoons      Sesame Oil

·        1         Onion (med/diced)

·        1 cup      Carrots (diced)

·        1 cup      Frozen Peas

·        1 cup       Corn

·        ½-1 cup  Broccoli Florets

·        ½ cup     Snow Peas

·        ½ teaspoon     Sea Salt

·        1 teaspoon      Chik N’ Seasoning

·                   Soy Sauce (OR) Liquid Aminos, to taste

·        Dash of Cayenne (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok or skillet and saute onion until clear and tender.

  2. Add carrots, broccoli, peas, and corn. When carrots are almost tender, add snow peas, cooked rice and seasoning.

  3. Pour into platter and serve hot.
