Ingredients:
1 pound Fresh Baby Spinach
1 small Red Onion (sliced in rings)
1 medium Red Bell Pepper (sliced in rings)
4 ounces Toasted Pine Nuts (optional)
1 medium Avocado (sliced)
6 ounces Honey Lemon Dressing
Directions:
Toss and Serve.
Naturally Honey-Lemon Dressing ~
Ingredients:
1 cup Lemon Juice
1½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup Sesame Seed Oil
½ cup Honey (optional)
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a shaker container well, pour over favorite salad greens, best chilled over night. Makes approximately 2 1/2 Cups. Keeps for 30 days.
