Soy-Free Mock Ground Beef

Servings: 6-8 Cups (1 Cup each)

Equipment Needed:
Measuring Utensils, Pot, Spatula
Ingredients:
2 cups Bulgur Wheat
1 cup Pecan Meal
2 Tablespoons. Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Parsley (Dried)
1 Tablespoon. Garlic Powder
¼ cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
3 Tablespoons Gomasio (optional - sesame seed mixture)
2 teaspoons Herbs N More (OR) Vegesal
⅛ teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon Sage
4 cups Boiling Water
Directions:
Add all ingredients in to boiling water, reduce to medium heat and stir.
Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
Place mixture on cookie sheet and bake at 400◦ and bake for 1 hour, turning mixture every 15-20 minutes until brown throughout.
