Equipment Needed:

Airtight Container, Knife


Ingredients:

· 1-2 Lemons (OR) Limes (juiced)

· 5 Cloves of Garlic (minced)

· 1 Yellow Onion (finely chopped)

· 1 small Bunch of Cilantro (finely chopped)

· 2 medium Tomatoes (finely chopped))

· 2-4 Fresh Jalapeno (finely chopped))

· 2 large Rotel Tomatoes

· Sea Salt (OR) Pink Himalayan Salt, to taste


Directions:

Combine all ingredient into blender or bowl and mix well.

Store in glass container.
