Measuring Utensils, Bowl
Ingredients:
2 Cups Zucchini, in large pieces
2 Cups Squash, in large pieces
2 Cups Bell Pepper, in large pieces
2 Cups Mushrooms (optional)
2 Cups Onions, in large pieces
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Rosemary, dried
1 Tablespoon Thyme, dried
1 Tablespoon Oregano, dried
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
Directions:
1. Stack the vegetables by alternating ingredients on a shish kabob stick.
2. Stir the liquids in a bowl and drizzle mixture over veggies.
3. Cook at 350 degrees in an oven for 30 minutes or on the grill.
