Naturally Mama Mia! Spaghetti Sauce

Measuring Utensils, Pot
Ingredients:
12 ounces Tomato Paste
½ cup Chopped Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
½ cup Green Bell Pepper
3-4 cup Water
1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1½ teaspoon Pink Salt
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
⅛ cup Oil
Dash of Cayenne
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large pot (OR) sauce pan.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 35-40 minutes.
Serve over spaghetti or use in lasagna.
