Equipment Needed:

Saucepan, Measuring Utensils, Airtight Containers


Ingredients:
  • ½ cup     Lemon Juice

  • ¼ cup     Water

  • ¼ cup     Soy Flour

  • 1 teaspoon      Sea Salt (OR) Pink Himalayan Salt

  • 1-2     Garlic Cloves (small)

  • 1 teaspoon      Turmeric

  • 1 Pinch of Paprika

  • 1½ teaspoon   Maple Syrup

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until smooth.  Pour into a saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring continually until mustard thickens.  Last about 30 days.
