½ cup Soy Margarine

1½ cup. Carob Cookies (Crushed)

1cup Flaked Coconut

1 cup   Almonds (slivered or sliced)

2 cups Carob Chips

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then prepare a 9 X 13 by cutting a piece of parchment to fit at the bottom and greasing the sides.

  2. If your almonds are raw and not toasted, toast the almonds on a pan in the oven for about 5 minutes or just stuck them in the oven while the oven preheated.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed Carob cookies, then pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and press firmly to create your crust.

  4. Layer the carob chips, toasted almonds and lastly the coconut over the top.

  5. Stir up the vegan condensed milk and pour evenly over your coconut. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top starts to brown. Let it rest in the pan for at least 30 minutes then cut!
