Naturally Hickory Homemade Bar B’ Que Sauce

Equipment Needed:
Ingredients:
· 4 cups Ketchup
· ¾ cup Yellow Onion (chopped)
· 2 Tablespoons Garlic (chopped)
· ¼ cup Molasses
· ¾ cup Lemon Juice
· 1½ Tablespoon Organic Apple Juice
· 2 Tablespoons Vegetable or Olive Oil
· 1/8 cup Homemade Worcestershire Sauce
· ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
· 2 Tablespoons Mild Mustard
Directions:
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Add all the remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and the flavors have married, 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
