Equipment Needed:

Measuring Utensils, Knife (optional), Pot


Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds Fresh Green Beans       

  • 1 small Onion, chopped

  • 3 Cups Water      

  • ¼ cup Oil

  • 2 teaspoons Sea Salt    

  • 2-3 Tablespoons Unique Chik Seasoning (OR) Chikn Style Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

Directions:

  1. Wash and prepare beans in a medium sauce pan. 

  2.  Bring water and all ingredients except beans to boil, then add beans and bring to boil again and reduce heat to simmer and cover and cook to desired tenderness.
