Saucepan, Measuring Utensils
Ingredients:
· 1 Tablespoons. Flax Seeds, ground
· 4 Tablespoons Water
Directions:
1. Simmer seeds and water in saucepan for about 5 minutes or until thick, with egg-like consistency.
2. Allow to cool 10 minutes before using.
