Creamy Cashew Butter

Servings: Makes 4 Cups

Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Equipment Needed:
Blender, Measuring Utensils, Saucepan
Ingredients:
3 cups Water
4 ounces Pimentos
½ cups Cashews (raw)
½ cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1½ Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons Arrow Root (OR) Corn Starch
1/8 cup Lemon Juice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blend and blend on high until smooth.
Pour in saucepan and cook on low to medium until thicken.
Stir occasionally, remove from heat and serve.
NOTE: You may add dash of cumin for taco flavoring if desired.
