Ingredients:
  • 1 pound                 Dried Chili Peppers

  • ·2 Tablespoons   Vegetable Oil

  • ·                             Hot Water


Directions:

1.     Cover peppers in hot water for 30 minutes.

2.    Drain, then blend with oil until smooth.
