ChikN Vegetable Soup - A Vegetable Medley

Pot, Measuring Utensils
Ingredients:
5½ cups. Water
1 pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/4 cups. Onion (diced)
¾ cups. Extra Firm Tofu (diced) OR Jackfruit (shredded)
8 oz Noodles of Choice
3 Tablespoons Soy Margarine
¾-1 cup. Chikn Seasoning
Dash Cayenne
Directions:
Bring water to hard boil, then add seasoning and cayenne and stir until well dissolved.
Then add remaining ingredients, turn down to medium heat, cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Chikn Style Seasoning:
Ingredients:
1 1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
2 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Sea Salt (OR) 1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed or Celery Flakes
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning (marjoram, thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano, basil)
1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
Directions:
*Blend together and store in an airtight container.
