ChikN Styled Stir Fry Curls

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup                        Dried Soy Curls

  • 4 Tablespoons         Rice Flour

  • 2 Tablespoons         Chikn Style Seasoning

  • 2 teaspoons             Pink Himalayan Salt

  • 1-2 bags                   Broccoli Florets

  • 1 teaspoon               Ginger Paste

  • 4 teaspoons             Garlic Paste 

Sauce ~

  • 8 Tablespoons          Soy Sauce (OR) Liquid Aminos

  • 6 Tablespoons          Lemon Juice

  • 3 Tablespoons          Sweetener

  • 4 Tablespoons          Sesame Oil

  • 1-2 Tablespoons      Chili Paste (opt)


Directions:
  • Soak curls in hot water for 20 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid.

  • Mix flour, chickn style seasoning and salt, then toss curls in mixture until well coated.

  •   Heat wok or skillet add 1 tsp of oil, then add curls and stir-fry on med heat until golden brown.  Remove from pan and set aside.

  •    Add a little oil to skillet, then add ginger and garlic paste stir well then add broccoli and stir-fry on me-high until tender, but still crunchy.

  •    Return curls to skillet, then add all ingredients for the sauce and cook on med-high heat until sauce is absorbed.

  •    Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.


Chikn Style Seasoning:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 Cup           Nutritional Yeast Flakes

  • 3 Tablespoons    Onion Powder

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

  • 2 teaspoons      Sea Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoons   Celery Seed or Celery Flakes

  • 2 Tablespoons   Italian Seasoning (marjoram, thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano, basil)

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon  Paprika

  • 1 Tablespoon     Parsley Flakes

Directions:

*Blend together and store in an airtight container.


Chili Paste:

  • 1 bag         Dried Chili Peppers

  • 2 Tablespoons   Vegetable Oil
