ChikN Styled Stir-Fry Curls

Ingredients:
1 cup Dried Soy Curls
4 Tablespoons Rice Flour
2 Tablespoons Chikn Style Seasoning
2 teaspoons Pink Himalayan Salt
1-2 bags Broccoli Florets
1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
4 teaspoons Garlic Paste
Sauce ~
8 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (OR) Liquid Aminos
6 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Sweetener
4 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
1-2 Tablespoons Chili Paste (opt)
Directions:
Soak curls in hot water for 20 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid.
Mix flour, chickn style seasoning and salt, then toss curls in mixture until well coated.
Heat wok or skillet add 1 tsp of oil, then add curls and stir-fry on med heat until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add a little oil to skillet, then add ginger and garlic paste stir well then add broccoli and stir-fry on me-high until tender, but still crunchy.
Return curls to skillet, then add all ingredients for the sauce and cook on med-high heat until sauce is absorbed.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
Chikn Style Seasoning:
Ingredients:
1 1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
2 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoons Celery Seed or Celery Flakes
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning (marjoram, thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano, basil)
1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
Directions:
*Blend together and store in an airtight container.
Chili Paste:
1 bag Dried Chili Peppers
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
