Equipment Needed:
Blender, Measuring Utensils, Pot, Whisk (optional)
Ingredients:
5 cups Water
½ cup Cashew Butter OR Raw Cashew Pieces
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch or Arrow Root
½ teaspoon. Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
½-1teaspoon Sea Salt
¾-1 Cup Chik N’ Style Seasoning
Chik N' Style Seasoning:
1-1/3 Cup Nutritionall Yeast Flakes
3 Tablespoons Onion Powder
2-1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
½ teaspoon Celery Seed OR Celery Flakes
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1½ teaspoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon. Parsley Flakes
*Blend together & store in air-tight glass container
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2. Pour into a sauce pan and cook over medium heat while stirring continually until it thickens.
