Chik N’ Noodle Soup

Equipment Needed:
Measuring Utensils, Pot
Ingredients:
5½ cups Water OR Vegetable Broth
1 pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/4 cups Onion (diced)
¾ cups Extra Firm Tofu (diced) OR Jackfruit (shredded)
8 ounces Whole Wheat Noodles of Choice (1/2 of a box, or as desired)
3 Tablespoons Soy Margarine
¾-1 cup. Chik N’ Seasoning
Dash Cayenne
Directions:
Bring water to hard boil, then add seasoning and cayenne and stir until well dissolved.
Then add remaining ingredients, turn down to medium heat, cover and simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
