Equipment Needed:

Measuring Utensils, Can Opener, Spoon, Pot, Blender


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk  

  • ⅓ cup Carob Powder    

  • 1 Tablespoon Agar Agar 

  • ⅓ cup Water

  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla, non-alcoholic

  • ¼-½ cup Maple Syrup

  • ⅛ teaspoon Sea Salt


Directions:

   1.  Combine the agar and water in a small sauce pan, heat on medium heat until it dissolves and becomes gel like.

   2.  Combine all other ingredients in a blender, then add in agar mixture and blend well. 

   3.  Place into freezer until firm and then serve.
