3 cups Unbleached Flour ¾-1c Soy Margarine

½ teaspoon Vanilla Flavor (alcohol-free)
Directions:
Cream the margarine and syrup mix well then add vanilla and salt to mixture. Mix flour and carob powder then slowly add flour to creamed mixture and mix well. For thinner cookies, place dough in parchment paper and roll, then refrigerate for 30, then roll out with rolling pen and cut out with cookie cutter. Bake at 350◦ for 10-15 minutes, or for crisp cookies, bake at 325◦ for 15 minutes.
DID YOU KNOW? Carob is a nut, so it is actually good for you - as opposed to chocolate which has caffeine.
